Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session once at no charge, provided you let Laila know at least 12 hours before the session start time.
To reschedule, simply message Laila on WhatsApp with your preferred new time. Confirmation is sent the same way.
Cancellations more than 12 hours before the session
If you cancel more than 12 hours before your session and have already paid, a full refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within 3 working days.
If you cancelled before paying, no further action is needed — your slot is simply released.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the session
If you cancel within 12 hours of the session, the session fee is non-refundable. The slot has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot reasonably be re-allocated at short notice.
If something genuinely unavoidable came up — illness, family emergency, travel disruption — please message Laila. These are usually accommodated by rescheduling at no extra charge, at her discretion.
If you miss a session without notice
Missed sessions without prior notice (‘no-shows’) are treated the same as a within-12-hour cancellation: the fee is not refunded.
Where this is a one-off and you reach out shortly afterwards, a single courtesy reschedule is usually offered — life happens.
If Laila needs to reschedule
On the rare occasion Laila has to reschedule a session, you will be notified by WhatsApp as early as possible. You can either move to a new time at no charge, or receive a full refund — your choice.
Refunds for unverified payments
If you submitted a payment screenshot that could not be verified (e.g., wrong amount, wrong account, transfer failed), Laila will reach out to you on WhatsApp before the session is confirmed.
If the issue cannot be resolved, any verified portion of the payment is refunded to the original method.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash). Bank-side processing usually takes 1–3 working days, sometimes longer for international transfers.
If you do not see the refund within 5 working days, message Laila — it’s usually a banking delay, but worth flagging.
Exceptional circumstances
If a refund matter falls outside the standard policy and feels genuinely unfair to you, please raise it. Laila reviews each request personally — the policy is here to be predictable, not punitive.
